Shipping policy
Ordered goods are dispatched within 30-60 working days from the receipt of the payment amount due for the product in the case of upfront payment. If the order concerns a product that exceeds our standards, the fulfillment date is considered separately, and does not fall under the conditions specified in point 3.
Shipments are sent via a courier shipping company. Shipping costs are specified in the Shipping tab. The cost of international shipments is determined individually with the Customer depending on the destination.
In the case of ordering multiple units of goods, each item is typically packed separately due to the dimensions of the goods.
The Customer will be notified of the shipment of the goods via email or telephone.
If the goods are to be shipped to a Consumer Customer, the risk of accidental loss or damage to the item (goods) passes to the Customer upon delivery. The handing over of the item (goods) to the carrier by the Store is considered as delivery to the Customer. Along with the Product, a final invoice confirming the shipment of the goods is sent.
The Customer is obligated to provide complete data necessary for the correct issuance of the invoice:
- First and last name/company name,
- Address of residence/registered office,
- Tax Identification Number (NIP for companies), Personal Identification Number (PESEL for individuals),
- Order number,
- Correspondence address.
Every Customer registering and/or placing an order agrees to receive transaction-related information to the email address provided, including notifications of changes in these Terms and Conditions.
Payments on our store are handled by the company Przelewy24 and Stripe.
