Return Policy
1. The Buyer, being a Consumer within the meaning of the Civil Code, who has concluded a Sales Agreement with the Seller, has the right to withdraw from it without giving a reason within 14 days.
2. The period for withdrawing from the Sales Agreement starts from the moment the Consumer takes possession of the Goods.
3. The declaration of withdrawal must be made in writing to the Seller's address or electronically to the Seller's email address.
4. In the event of withdrawal from a distance contract, the contract is considered not concluded.
5. The Seller is obliged to refund to the Consumer all payments made by the Consumer within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract, including the costs of Product Delivery. The Seller shall make the refund using the same payment method that the Consumer used, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to another method of refund. The Seller may withhold the refund until the Goods are returned or until the Consumer provides proof of return shipment, whichever occurs earlier.
6. If the Consumer has chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the Seller, the Seller is not obliged to refund the additional costs incurred by the Consumer.
7. The Consumer is obliged to return the product to the Seller within 14 working days from the day on which they withdrew from the Sales Agreement. The Consumer returns the product to the Seller's address.
8. The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from using them in a manner exceeding what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Goods.
9. The Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the Product.
10. Our products are non-prefabricated, manufactured to order, tailored to specific customer requirements and specifications, as detailed in the product specification on the website or invoice. There is no possibility of withdrawal from the contract if the production process has commenced.
